This 30 minute vinyasa flow yoga class is for people who want a total body yoga practice. Heads up – my mic was a little too close to my mouth so when I breathe it sounds like a truck is going by! So sorry about that, but I still think this yoga practice works. You could also turn on music at home when you practice so my breathing doesn’t distract you as much. As always, work within a pain-free range and take breaks as needed.
