Enjoy this 20 minute yoga class focused on strengthening and toning the body. We move through a range of postures that focus on building strength in the arms, legs and core. Yoga is a great way to lose weight and at the same time develop a deeper appreciation for yourself and your body. I provide modifications in the class, so if you are beginner there is no need to feel intimidated. You’ll be great.
