The deepest layer of core muscles need a reminder to support us. This video teaches you how to unconsciously activate those muscles. These muscles are important because they are closest to the spine and need to function all the time at a low level when you are upright. Stress and immobility, turns those muscles off. The deep core muscles are not challenged on a regular basis and so they lose the ability to really support you.

We also need a reminder to activate the CORE self. We get caught up in the wants and needs of others, i.e. family, friends and the job. But what do you want? What do you love? Are you listening to the desires of the deepest part of you? Have you developed a habit of being “superficial” by saying the right thing or looking the right way? If so, your CORE SELF may have forgotten how to activate.

This video helps you quiet the body and tap into those deep muscles. As you take some time to feel those muscles and breathe, listen to what comes up from the deepest sense of your CORE SELF. Once you activate the CORE SELF, you will find the support you need to live your best life.
