Power in the practice is essential, but not the kind of power you think you need to hold and transition from one move to another. In this class you’ll play with movements a little slower and refine your practice so you can move with lightness and ease. There is work for stability, balance, focus, flexibility, range of motion and awareness of the breath. A lot of hip openers, IT band stretches, core control, leg stability and ending with a delicious resting pose.
This class is great for anytime the day, especially to wake you up in the mornings. This flow will challenge you and you may at times feel the quivers and the shakes, the question is – how will you react to them? Let your practice change your body and your life.
