-: Sit straight with stretching your legs in front of you.
-: Take the right leg over the left knee.
-: Bend the left leg and place the heel beside the right hip.
-: Inhale and place the left hand on the right knee and the right hand behind you.
-: Twist the waist, shoulders, and neck to the right and look over the right shoulder.
-: Keep the spine erect.
-: Hold and continue with gentle long breaths in and out.
-: Breathing out, release the hands slowly and sit up relaxed.
-: Repeat to the other side.
-: Now take the left leg over the right knee.
-: inhale and place the right hand on the left knee and the left hand behind you.
-: Keep the position with gentle long breaths.
-: Breathing out, come back to the front and relax
