You may have seen my 30 by 30 list (https://twitter.com/thatschic/status/1085318406201532416) and stretching is up on my list. I share a few of my favorite stretches (mostly for tight shoulders and legs) but I wasn’t going to make a full video on stretching, instead, my thoughts on the importance of it. Ah and the endorphins are so real. Free movement is such a liberating practice to incorporate into a daily or weekly routine.

This also is a challenge for me to document pieces of my 30 by 30 goals. Goal no.13!
