Breathing and Stretching Exercise Video:
This video is split to 2 sections: breathing exercises and stretching exercises. Breathing exercises can be performed any time of day. Stretching exercises should be performed when your muscles are warm, ideally at the end of an exercise session. Hold each pose for 20 seconds while maintain breathing. Repeat twice on each side.
