Abigail Atkinson, stroke survivor and RYT200 yoga teacher, guides you through a series of chair yoga poses targeted to help balance the right and left hemisphere of the brain. She used these yoga poses during her own stroke recovery and found them helpful while she was still relearning how to walk unassisted.
