Welcome to Day 14 of the 40 Day Kundalini Yoga Weight Loss Challenge with Mariya Gancheva! This Kriya is known as Kriya for Mood and Metabolism Balance. When the 13,14 and 15th vertebrae are curved, we put pressure one the liver. So the faster you pump the navel the better the results will be. Exercise 2 is the most powerful mudra known as the Abeah Kriya, it neutralises the being and helps prevent depression and negativity. This mudra controls the entire nervous system. Exercise 3, we prevent negativity as we work with certain frequency in the brain and pressure of the spinal serum. Exercise 4 adjusts the shoulder area and balances the emotional moods and body metabolism.
