In this fun video, I share a montage of a typical movement play session (“workout”), which I filmed when I was 23 weeks pregnant (just starting my 6th month). I travel frequently and am often in new places and really love playing around with different areas and props, with some good music on, and seeing what kind of movement flows out of me. I don’t tend to have a template in mind, and regularly enjoy combinations of handstands, dance, calisthenics and flexibility play.
