Nauli (Yoga Cleaning Exercise) After Pregnancy 3 Weeks Postpartum

I am practicing one of the nine shatkarmas. This is very beneficial exercise especially after delivery to make your abdominal fit and strong again. Nauli strengthens the abdominal muscles and massages the intestines and organs of the lower abdomen. It regulates blood pressure and stabilizing hormonal rate. Also, has a preventative effect against diabetes. Nauli, is one of the best exercises for our health due to the stimulation and regulating effect upon the entire digestive system.
