I know this completely different than my usual videos but I’ve always wanted this channel to be a place where I can truly share what’s going on in my life. Currently I’ve been really focused on working out. It’s always been something I knew I should be doing, but I’ve never been excited about getting up in the morning to get a workout in like I am now. I think because it’s changed me mentally as much as it has physically. I just feel so much better, my PMDD symptoms are easier to deal with, and it’s given me goals to work towards where previously I’ve had none. I seriously just started walking 30 minutes a day, not doing any crazy crossfit workouts like you see on insta. Anyway, just wanted to share the changes in my life. Thank y’all so much for watching.

– Tuesday, Thursday: Weight Training, “Intense” Yoga
– Weekends: Rest, light, calming yoga
