Here’s a wrist-free hands-free yoga flow at the beach! In this 10-minute yoga class, we avoid downward dog and chaturanga. This is a simple standing only yoga sequence where we start and end in mountain pose. We flow continuously through familiar poses. Move, stretch, and breathe mindfully while being soothed by the sound of the ocean! You will feel refreshed and relaxed after this practice. 🙂
