In this video I guide you through 4 simple yoga exercises to get rid of lower back pain. You don’t need to have any prior yoga experience to get started. Repeat this practice often to fully benefit from it. Do it before going to bed or when you first wake up in the morning.
This practice is intended for anyone with an achy or stiff back lower back. It is not a treatment for any condition, and it it not intended in case of severe pain. Please seek the advice of your health care practitioner before starting any exercise program.
