This is the second video of our yoga series. In this video we will be doing 5 new yoga asanas: –
1. Camel Pose
2. Sumo Squats
3. One-legged Deadlift
4. Chaturanga and Cobra pose
5. Side Plank with Knee Tucks
Each of these asasna/flows should be repeated three times before moving on to the next flow.
Kindly see the entire video at least once to understand the correct wsy of doing each asana and then replaying the sequence from start to do this along with me.
Part 1 and part 2 comprises of a total of 10 yoga flows. Do them on alternate days so that you do each of the 2 parts (5 asanas) 3 times a week.
Do this for 4 weeks and you will definitely see an improvement in your fitness and flexibility.
