Relieve tension and stiffness in your neck, shoulders, and upper back in this 35-minute gentle yoga stretch and flow class. This is a wonderful “feel good” yoga practice appropriate for all levels! We do various poses and stretches that help release tightness in the upper body. I recommend using a yoga strap (or any belt or small towel will do) in some of the postures. There are a few minutes of relaxation at the end and you are free to stay as long as you like. Enjoy yogis! 🙂
