Christmas is coming within weeks and new year, new goals, new journey. I’m far beyond excited to start this fitness journey with all of you who supports and accepts me for who I am.
We still have like 10 weeks till the Holiday Season and I want to share my abs transformation journey with all of you. If you are also interested, you are more than welcome to join this challenge.
10 weeks sounds long but hey…no pain no gain, I always believe that gradual improvement in healthy will last. Along with the workout, please remember that Abs are also made in the kitchen, so we will get down to earth all of the stuffs through this journey together.
