About Me (Anvita Dixit):
Having grown up at a Yoga Institution amongst a family of Yogis, I found my calling for Hatha Yoga when I was just 5 years old. My father – along with my teachers at the Kaivalyadhama Yoga School and my teachers at the J.B. Petit High School – taught me everything I know about Yoga and deeply ingrained this ancient art form in my daily routine.
Thereafter, Yoga served as my spiritual anchor and way of life – one that I practiced both on and off the mat.
