100 Minute Yoga Class for International Yoga Day – Iyengar Yoga. Do all 7 sequences in one video for a long, balanced yoga practice.

If you like to feel that you have put plenty of time aside for your yoga sequence, but you need the guidance of experienced Iyengar yoga teachers, then look no further than this One Hour and 40 minute long yoga video. If you don’t have so long, look at the seven preceding yoga routines, each 15-20 minutes long which you can practice on seven different days or merge them together if you have longer.
