Having a healthy and flexible body will help you to feel better overall. You will increase your range of motion, increase joint mobility, and be able to move around a lot more easily.

The yoga poses that I will be talking about will help with shoulder mobility, reducing neck and shoulder tension, hip flexibility, back flexibility, and a few quad stretches for quad flexibility.

There are so many yoga poses that help you to achieve this, but in this video, I will be discussing some of my favorites!
