Oblique Crunch – 20 Reps Each Side
toe taps – 20 Reps
Alternating Toe Taps- 10 Each Side
Klutter Kicks – 30 Seconds
Cross Over – scissor kicks – 30 Seconds

Diamond Sit Ups – 15 Reps
