This workout is designed to get your heart rate up and strengthen your core, all in a safe and effective way for pregnancy. During our 15 minutes together for this 6-week first trimester workout, we will use a resistance band focusing on core strength for pregnancy and strengthen the hips for a healthy pregnancy. Your core will appreciate some love to help support you and baby during your pregnancy journey.
