This short and fiery yoga flow targets your deep core muscles.

The deep core is made up of the diaphragm, multifidus, pelvic floor and transverse abdominus. Strong ‘deep core’ muscles support and stabilise the spine. Strengthening these muscles is vital and builds a strong foundation. A strong core is essential for everything including preventing injuries and lower back pain, improving posture and protecting your organs and central nervous system.

Please keep checking in throughout the flow – I give options throughout so if your form is feeling compromised please lessen the intensity.
