Happy New Year to you all. Just a recap on my weight loss journey. Clips, before & After pics and workout videos. Just want you all to know, you do not have to start off in the gym. Try working out at home, little walks, buy some dumbbells, a yoga mat and get straight to it. It’s not that hard. The big thing is (you have to START) and NEVER GIVE UP. You are going to have slip ups, may not feel like working out etc. Just remember NEVER GIVE UP. Make it a LIFESTYLE ??♀️??♀️??
