2019 Weight lifting #3: CrossFit

warmup: 30:10
1. down dog up dog
2. pike glute raise flip and reach
3. low lateral lunges
4. burpees
5. roll backs
6. frog pumps

Superset: 50:10 3x 6 minutes 
1. Bb Clean and press Burpee
2. SA plank row to snatch and rev lunge

Reps drop set 3 weights 3x 
1. 5 Hang cleans (bb, db, bag)
2. 2 manmakers (30, 25, 20) 
3. 5 SA snatches (40, 35, 30) 
4. 5 RDL ( ez bar, db, kb) 

Burn out kB circuit 4x 
1. 5 SA front load squat/arm
2. 10 sumo dL to squat & press 
3. 15 static rev Lunge 
4. 20 def squat/dl (10) dl/squat (10)
5. 25 swings
