3 Chest Stretches for Costochondritis Relief. Don’t let your pain get in the way of your Steel Mace Training or Everyday Living. In this video i will show you a few stretches to relieve your pain and that will hopefully help you on your Journey to healing.

How long should i stretch for?
Supermans – 3 Sets of 12 Reps. If 3 sets is too much and you feel any pain, stop or try 1 or 2 sets to begin with.
Wall Stretch – Make sure to do both sides. Start with :20 sec holds, once you feel like it’s working work your way up to :30 sec holds. Do about 2-3 sets – one complete set is when you complete both left and right side.
Chest Stretch – You can bring your hands behind you and keep that stretch for :20-:30 sec. Whatever feels right to you. Repeat it for about 7 times. If you want to take it a bit further bend down with your arms still behind you (do not recommend if your costo is a little more intense).
