Taking special care in 9th month of pregnancy is most crucial in that the first one is dead. While during the diet you need to maintain 60% of the diet will be carbohydrates and 40% should have carbohydrates. In ninth month should not take much fat and carbohydrates. Least amount of carbohydrates is very important, but it should not exceed more than 40%. You should have more dolls, carbohydrates, cheers, chicken all these are increasing the muscle of the baby.
Secondly 38-41 weeks of time fray are very important to baby’s’ brain, because maximum brain development happens in that time.
The last one is which position the female will be more in that month. Usually people have a tendency to reclaim back i.e, always in a relaxing mood. That is good for some time, but mostly the female should be in upright position and not in the declining position. Because the baby should land up in a wrong position and also engagement process will be delayed. So the lady should be in upright position or sitting forward position.
The most important thing in ninth month is walk, you should walk 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening and at least 40 minutes of simple exercises are compulsory.
So these three things are very important during ninth month pregnancy.
