Muscular low back pain can be so strong that every little movement is painful. At the same time, being sedentary can cause the pain to get worse or linger. The poses in this video are meant to be taken sequentially, depending on how much mobility is comfortable for you. Start out with Side Bends, work your way up to the gentle glute and leg stretches, and finish up with seated forward folds.

When you’re feeling a bit better and you’re ready for more movement, please check out 3 Yoga Poses to Ease Low Back Pain (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6mACFp_dyY).
