Welcome to Day 19 of my 30 Day Yoga Challenge. This is a series of free online yoga classes that you can do in the comfort of your own home, which you can start at any time.

Day 19, Yoga Alignment is Camel Pose at the wall. This class is a demonstration to how to practice Camel Pose using the wall for alignment. Camel Pose opens and stretches the chest and shoulders, can relieve lower back pain, improves digestion and opens and stretches the hips.

PLEASE NOTE: This pose should be avoided by anyone suffering from neck injury, heart disease, high blood pressure or stroke. Camel pose is contraindicated for people who are hypermobile in the lower back, suffering from acute muscle spasms in the back, or have spinal stenosis or spondylolisthesi
