Welcome to Day 3 of my 30 Day Yoga Challenge. This is a series of free online yoga classes that you can do in the comfort of your own home, which you can start at any time.

Day 3, Yoga For shoulders, is a great yoga class suitable for all levels and for anyone who would like to stretch and strengthen the shoulders. It is a great yoga for surfer’s routine and is most beneficial when practiced regularly. It is a great class do either do on its own or part of your 30 days of yoga.
