Welcome to Day 7 of my 30 Day Yoga Challenge. This is a series of free online yoga classes that you can do in the comfort of your own home, which you can start at any time.

Day 7, Yoga for balance is a gentle yoga class for beginners, which focuses on yoga poses to strengthen and stretch the legs and hips to prepare the body for balance. When practiced regularly it can help to improve balance as it gently stretches and massages the feet, strengthens the legs and stretches the hips and legs.
