This is Day 1 of 30 Days of Yoga. Yoga with Adriene, at home workout, seems to be a slow pace and relaxing. I have always wanted to learn Yoga to work on how to stay grounded or centered.. I just never really thought I would have the patience or the strength.
My neck and shoulders are stiff so, I need Yoga for flexibility. Just doing Yoga at home is good enough for me. I’m hoping Yoga can be one of the very practice, that help with weight loss and to calm my nerves.
I’m also, using Yoga for my arm fat or armpit fat and weight loss. I hate seeing the fat pour from my Bra.
Since I’m starting Intermittent Fasting, I figure Yoga would help with my fasting, keeping my mind off food. Keeping me relaxed, while working on my breathing techniques.
This will be a long 30 Days but, I will finish this for my health and to see how my body starts to transform. Yoga for Transformation, I can’t wait. Thanks for watching!!
