This is a 30 min yoga sequence suitable for beginners (Level 1). It’s a Flow sequence intended to stretch your body, relax your mind, and help you confidence with asanas focused on hip and leg flexibility. If it’s too fast for you, try to pause and re-watch the part you didn’t understand:) Remember to listen to your body while you practice.
