Together we are showing you how you can incorporate your baby into your yoga practice. We go through a 30 minute mum & baby yoga flow combining some strengthening drills and postures, breathing techniques and some gentle stretches.
Babies are naturally present and not worrying about the past and future. They can be the perfect reminder during your yoga practice to stay anchored in the now. Mum & baby yoga is also a lovely bonding experience.
Please don’t feel disheartened if your baby only gets five minutes through. Take breaks, have lots of toys and snacks to hand and just keep trying a little at a time.
Please keep checking in throughout the flow – if your form is feeling compromised please lessen the intensity and never work through pain. And safety with your baby is the primary importance, please make sure they are safe throughout the class.
