Let’s get real for a second.
At my heaviest I weighed 250 pounds and suffered with constant lower back pain. I had two babies, and that puts a huge strain on our bodies. I wasn’t very active for the majority of my life, and I just didn’t know how to take care of my body.
When I found CrossFit, I was hooked immediately. I was blown away with the results I was seeing, but I realized that I needed some extra love on my recovery days. My coach suggested Yoga, and that is where my Yoga journey began.
Spending a little extra time every week on my recovery and mobility has kept me moving safe and efficiently.
I hope you all enjoy this 30 minute practice of love for the lower back.
