This will probably be the last flow of the year – a 40 minute vinyasa flow with some twisting to help with recovering from festivities, a lot of breath for finding some stillness and down time and just a bit of movement to warm and nurture the body and mind!

Thank you to all of you for your ideas about what sort of video you would like to see before the holidays! And to all of your feedback on how to improve the videos too. I think I have almost cracked it but I am always looking to improve so please keep the comments coming, I love hearing from you!
