This 45 minute intermediate power yoga flow class will create heat and strengthen and tone your whole body.
It’s filled with some of my favourite yoga inspired drills and challenging movements to isolate and engage the muscles in your legs, core and arms.
Please keep checking in throughout the flow – if your form is feeling compromised please lessen the intensity and never work through pain.
