Yin Yoga is a fantastic way to build upon your flexibility, as well as to decrease stress and anxiety. This is a super slow style of yoga – we’ll hold poses for a few minutes before moving on to the next one. Props are essential but if you don’t have a bolster, or blocks, just look around your house and get creative. A couch cushion makes a great bolster! Use what you have, and don’t forget to honor how you feel and take breaks if you need them. Hope you enjoy!
