My wrist free hands free yoga flow routine, is an energizing yoga hands free flow that avoids Downward Facing Dog, Plank and Chaturanga. This short 5-minute free online video is a yoga flow class great for busy people. It is aimed at students who have wrist pain, elbow pain, carpal tunnel or shoulder or hand injuries, and who are unable to put weight on your hands, great for massage therapists, office workers or anyone suffering from wrist pain but would still like to stretch the body!
This short class stretches the shoulders, hips, legs and back. This is great for massage therapists or anyone who doesn’t want to put any pressure on the wrists.
