I have sooooooooo much respect for all the Yogis, daredevil or not, doing these poses. Pushing their bodies to the limits. Iyengar lived to be more than 90, so obviously these poses are less dangerous for a lot of people than running with scissors. I just made a video about some of the risks in the hope of helping people avoid yoga injuries and maybe making them laugh. Check out the image sources! 🙂
