In this class we break down common poses included in vinyasa classes. The word vinyasa is often associated with classes that flow with the breath and with the chaturanga to updog to downdog transition. The translation of vinyasa is “to carefully place” or “to move in a special way.” We’ll explore flowing with our breath and moving consciously and with awareness.
This class is accessible to all levels of yogis, including beginners.
