Description of the Yoga Postures discussed in the video:

Dhyana mudra – This mudra is done by joining tips of index finger and thumb of both the hands!
This mudra helps to improve concentration label, calming the mind and also normalize blood pressure! By joining ending nerves of index and thumb, mind get ride of stress and achieve stability!

Trataka – It means “concentrated gazing”
It improves health of eyes and make brain active by reduce frequency of waist thoughts, this technique of tratak developed by ancient yogis, if practiced minimum 5 to 10 minutes daily this will help to achieve great focus and wavering of mind will be seized as result mind will become single focused! It improves health of eyes and make brain active by reduce frequency of waist thoughts.

Bhramari pranayama – it means ” humming bee sounds” this pranaya- is one of the most effective stress buster, it helps to improve oxygenated blood towards brain, against gravitational pull! This helps in De-stressing the mind and takes it to a meditative stage! Improve concentration!!

Tadasana – it means ‘palm tree pose” this pose of yoga is the beginning of yoga , which increases body awareness, alignment, and activate all the muscles of the body, it improves stability of body and mind and as result great concentration is achieved.

Vrikshasana – “tree pose”- one of the most effective and popular poses of yoga for students. It activates right and left hemisphere of the brain, which helps to achieve stability and concentration!
Body achieve strength like tree with continuous practice.

Hastapadasana: This posture is excellent for the nervous system as it enhances blood supply to the brain.

Adho Mukha Svanasana – this pose also known by parvatasana and mountain pose in english- one of the most popular poses of yoga, the shape of body In this pose is like dawanward facing dog or mountain, which as a result, strengthen spine, correct postural defects, increase flexibility of hamstring and quadriceps! Calf and thigh muscles! The blood circulation rushes towards the brain resulting in greater concentration!

Shashank asana – this pose also know as hare pose or rabbit pose,. This is a relaxing pose which causes more blood supply to the skull, upper part of the body relaxes all these parts and distress the mind.
