#1 Build the endurance

Building the endurance should be the first step in losing fat fast.

Start with walking. Then jogging & then running, till first week.

#2 Yoga & Exercise

Start with Asanas like Trikonasana, Bhujangasana, Ustrasana.

Then introduce abdomen focused exercises like planks after few weeks.

Note- Women who had C-section should not exercise till first 3 months.

#5 Short Meals are Happy Meals

Instead of having a mega 3 main meals, break those into 5-6 shorter meals to reduce weight.

#6 Fat Burning Drinks

– Barley & Carom seeds Water

Boil 1 teaspoon of Barley (Jau) & 1 teaspoon of Carom (Ajwain) seeds in 8 glasses of water for 5-10 mins.
Consume it warm in winters & cold in summer.

– Cinnamon & Clove Water

Boil 3 inches long stick of Cinnamon (Daalcheeni) & 2-3 Cloves (laung) in 1 litre of water for 5-10 mins.
Drink it warm in winters & cold in summer.

– Nutritious Breakfast Smoothie

1/2 cup Yogurt, 1/2 cup of Milk, 1 tsp Tamarind pulp, 1 tsp Amla powder, 1 palm date, 1/4 Nutmeg (Jaifal) & Mace (Javitri) powder.
Blend the ingredients to make smoothie.
