This 90 min weight loss vinyasa yoga is a great way to challenge your strength & flexibility. The practice begins with a warm up and slowly transitions to some challenging plank exercises followed by sun salutations to warm up and energize full body. Standing poses will strengthen your legs, twists will improve digestion. Hamstring & shoulder stretches will prepare you for kurmasana (turtle pose) as well as your compass pose. Finish the practice with a hip stretch and cool down poses on the floor, followed by a relaxing shavasana.
You will work hard but you will get all the rewards of this challenging practice, feeling relaxed and at peace at the end!
