Yoga sequence for new yoga moms or moms in their first trimester and anyone interested in having a gentle yoga experience. Helps increase oxygen to the body, may releave hormonal changes and morning sickness and general fatigue. Also increases flexibility, gets the blood moving, strengthens lower back without putting pressure to the abdomen, and bring awareness to your breath and developing baby. This is my first pregnancy yoga video, I used this sequence during week 6-13 of my pregnancy. Hope you find it helpful.
