Oh my goodness, what an emotional video for me to edit. It was hard to edit this video, because I just couldn’t stop crying. I sit hear editing this Labor and Delivery Vlog while holding my now 4 week old baby. It took me some time to get this posted, but as some of you know (and some of you will soon know), these first few weeks of recovery are most difficult. I am finally feeling like myself again and am excited to get back to posting regular videos. Please welcome Oliver Reeder to the world. He will now be a big part of this channel. I did end up getting an epidural, which wasn’t my original game plan. It was so worth it, I am not definitely an advocate for epidurals. Never feel guilty for doing what makes you feel most comfortable. I was worried about being mom shamed or judged for my choice to use medication, but I shouldn’t have felt that way. The end result didn’t change, I still ended up with a beautiful, healthy and perfect baby boy.
