This sequence was inspired by Anodea Judith in a workshop I attended recently…it is my own version of a Chakra Balance Sequence to start your day. The full version as taught by Anodea Judith can be found in her latest book “Chakra Yoga” in ch. 4. I encourage you to check it out as well as other books by Anodea Judith.
I find this sequence centering as well as awakening and helpful to do in the morning! Short and sweet. Let me know how your day unfolds with this as your start.
