Please subscribe to my channel for more. This is an awesome workout to help firm up your breasts. Often times when ladies start a weight loss program, they don’t do enough resistance/ weight training and so don’t build up enough muscles for the skin to attach to for a tighter feel. Picture it, if you remove fat from beneath the skin without replacing it with anything else then it will sag. Well…this isn’t completely true because the skin is elastic; giving us the ability to regain that firmer feel that we had previously. However we lose some of that elasticity with age or how big we were before we lost weight. Whatever the case, this workout will help you regain a firmer feel to your breast. Other benefits include some enlargement and of course, that breast lift.
The workout includes the following exercises:
Normal Push Ups
Chest Width Push Ups
Wide Push Ups
Chest Flyes
Chest Dips
Each exercise should be done 3 times; giving the bust a nice workout. If you are a beginner start out by doing this every 3 days. The increase it to every other day as you progress. Use your body as your indicator. When you find that you start recovering before the 3rd day, then start doing the routine every other day then.
