Day 5 Countdown to Christmas, I find it so hard to buidl my core in just only yoga practice so I invited my PT Raj to help me with some tricks on getting my chatarunga and as you know chatarunga is very difficult you need a lot of arm strength so in the process we will get you some sexy arms.
