5) Situps and Leg Stretches

Core: upside down—hands in leg loops

leg wrap diagonal: one leg wrap to flat body

stretch belly with one legged back bends- half lotus

B. Legs: upside down—grab toes

wide legs, straight (or happy baby alternate)

bow & arrow: one leg straight, side stretch

6) Inversions
